Commercial Services:

  • Foster a working knowledge of the layout and intricacies of your facility and surroundings in order to provide quality service and ensure safety for our client as well as the general public
  • Survey the interior and exterior perimeter of the facility
  • Routine checks of the exterior area of the facility such as secured parking garages, delivery dock areas, outside sitting area, etc
  • Monitor access gates (if applicable) for proper functioning, as well as being aware of proper functioning of exterior lighting on property
  • All locking devices such as keys, keypads, access cards, etc are monitored
  • Monitor the speed and flow of traffic to ensure safety
  • Monitor any disturbances such as noise level to a minimum
  • Officers will assist with guest registration of visitors entering and exiting the facility during business hours
  • Officers will maintain a registration log of after hour visitors such as maintenance crews, housekeeping, IT, contractors, etc
  • Maintain food patrol of the interior and exterior of the facility
  • Enforce policies and rules established by management to ensure that persons, vehicles, and property are secure
  • Establish a contingency plan of any emergencies that may arise, such as a bomb threat, fire, and other crises
  • Daily logs and incident reports will be kept
  • Management will be notified of any emergencies

Residential Services:

  • Foster a working knowledge of the layout and intricacies of your facility and surroundings in order to provide quality service and ensure safety for our client as well as the general public
  • Survey the interior and exterior perimeter of the building
  • Routine checks of the exterior area of the clubhouse, laundry mats, mail area, playgrounds, pool area, and any other areas requested by management
  • Routine observations of the limited access gates (if applicable) for proper functioning, as well as being aware of exterior burn out lights on property
  • Monitor the speed and flow of traffic to ensure safety • Disturbances such as keeping noise to a minimum are maintained so tenants are not disturbed
  • To enforce all residents are responsible for their guests • Monitor the parking lots on a regular basis
  • Monitor persons entering and leaving the property to better secure the grounds
  • Enforce policies and rules established by management to assure that persons, vehicles, and property are secure
  • Establish a contingency plan of any emergencies that may arise, such as a bomb threats, fire, and other crises that may arise
  • Information and incident reports will be documented
  • Management being notified of any emergencies
